Aim of the Conference:

This International Conference aims to provide an understanding of the principles, practices and art of Cross-Examination in Arbitration (Domestic & International) as well as Litigation. The panelists will share their experiences in preparing and executing efficient cross examination. The conference will be both informative and entertaining.

What happens when I register for the Conference?

Upon successful registration, candidates will receive confirmation email that they are registered for the course. Due to limited number of seats, the registration is on first come first served basis. Therefore, early registration would ensure your participation in the Conference. The participants will also be awarded Certificate of Participation.

Conference Fee:

  • General Participants :           Rs. 1,750/-
  • SCL, India Members  :           Rs. 1,500/-
  • CIArb Members         :           Rs. 1,500/-
  • Foreign Delegates     :           USD 150/-

The Conference fee includes participation fee as well as lunch and refreshments charges.
